Instructions for completing a Commentary Drive

Step 1 (Optional): Access the Commentary Drive Section

• Log into the CEPA platform via this link.
• Scroll down until you see the Commentary Drive / Download and Print Form button.
• Click on it.
• Print out the form and fill in the information accordingly.
  

Step 2: Access the Manager Report Section

• Click on the Manager Report button.
• You will be redirected to a page displaying a list of Commentary Drives associated with your direct reports.

Step 3: Select the Direct Report

• Click on the name of the direct report whose Commentary Drive you wish to complete.
• Fill in the required information accordingly.

Please be aware that you must fill in the commentary drive information on our system for it to be considered completed.
