I didn't receive my access credentials for the platform.

All JnJ drivers will have received an email with instructions on how to access CEPA's platform; please check your SPAM folder for a recent email with the domain: @cepamobility.com. Regardless of this, the steps are quite simple:

1. Visit https://jnj.cepamobility.com
2. Select the Single Sign-On option from the Sign-In form:

If you are doing this while logged in to the JnJ network, you will be automatically forwarded to CEPA's platform with no need to do anything else.

If you are NOT logged in the JnJ network, you will be routed to your JnJ network, where you will be asked for your JnJ username and password; once you're logged in, you will be automatically forwarded to CEPA's platform with no need to do anything else.
