I'm having trouble watching the video.

If you are having trouble watching videos on the platform, the first thing to consider is if you are currently connected at a reasonable speed to watch videos online; a good reference is the following table from Google support for YouTube:



A quick way to make sure connection speed is not an issue is to check https://youtube.com/ and see if you can watch a video.   


To make sure there is no issue with the platform, we can also try logging out of the platform and logging in again; 


  1. Click on the following link: https://jnj.cepamobility.com/assesment/logout.jsp
  2. Log in back to https://jnj.cepamobility.com/ using Single Sign-On


If you're still having trouble, please try using a different browser (specially if you are using an iPad, as Safari might glitch when trying to access the video).


Finally, if that doesn't work, we suggest using a different device to watch the video, as this is known to solve this issue.
